LLHammond uses a CNC Machining Center that has a technical tolerance of 0.0005 inches (one half thousandth of an inch). The CNC Machining Center can cut a vast array of solid woods, engineered wood products, machinable plastics, aluminum and light alloys (6061), and foams. Combined with advanced CAD/CAM modeling software, LLHammond completes projects that might otherwise require a 5-axis machine.
